a CNT est un syndicat où s’organisent les travailleurs, au sens large (salariés, chômeurs, précaires, retraités, étudiants et lycéens). Un travailleur est un producteur qui ne possède pas les moyens de production. Donc ça n’est ni un patron ni un actionnaire, qui tirent leurs revenus du travail des autres.

À la CNT, il n’y a pas de permanent syndical. Personne ne reçoit de salaire pour militer. Et nous n’avons ni chef ni bureaucratie, car nous refusons toute hiérarchie entre militants.

Tout ce que nous faisons, nous le faisons pour l’émancipation des travailleurs. Nous n’acceptons aucune subvention de l’État et des patrons, pour garantir notre indépendance et notre liberté d’action. Nous ne fonctionnons qu’avec les cotisations de nos adhérents.

Nous sommes anarcho-syndicalistes et syndicalistes révolutionnaires. Nos bases sont la lutte des classes et le communisme libertaire. Nous sommes pour l’abolition de l’État, en tant que bras armé du patronat. C’est pourquoi nous ne syndiquons pas leurs forces répressives (police, armée, vigiles, etc.). Enfin, nous sommes une organisation horizontale et autogestionnaire. Tous les mandats sont tournants et révocables. Chacun participe au fonctionnement et aux prises de décision au niveau local, régional, fédéral et confédéral.

The CNT is a union organizing workers in the broad sense (employees, unemployed, precarious, retired, students and high school students). A worker is a producer who does not have the means of production. So it’s neither a boss nor a shareholder, who derive their income from the work of others.

At the CNT, there is no permanent union. Nobody gets a salary to fight. And we have neither leader nor bureaucracy, because we refuse any hierarchy between militants.

Everything we do, we do for the emancipation of the workers. We do not accept subsidies from the state and bosses to guarantee our independence and freedom of action. We only operate with the contributions of our members.

We are anarcho-syndicalists and revolutionary syndicalists. Our bases are the class struggle and libertarian communism. We are for the abolition of the state, as the armed arm of the employers. That’s why we do not organize their repressive forces (police, army, vigils, etc.). Finally, we are a horizontal and self-managing organization. All warrants are rotating and revocable. Everyone participates in the functioning and decision-making at the local, regional, federal and confederal level.
