What This Program Is
Organizers, Not Consultants
A Radical Guide exists as movement infrastructure, connecting radical spaces, moving mutual aid funds, and creating resources for liberation movements globally. But we also work directly with organizations, collectives, and community groups to build what they need to do the work.
We walk alongside groups, share tools and practices, and help them get unstuck. We're not consultants with a playbook. We're organizers who believe the path forward is through community.

Services & Workshops
What We Offer
We offer direct organizational support and workshops, delivered virtually or in-person throughout the United States. For groups outside the U.S., availability is case-by-case. Everything is customized to your group's needs.
Organizational Development
Strategic planning and mission alignment. Reconnecting with purpose, clarifying goals, and building infrastructure that supports the people doing the work.
Shared Leadership & Governance
Moving beyond traditional hierarchy. Shared leadership models, decision-making processes that distribute power, governance that works for flat organizations.
Decision-Making Processes
Designing processes where input is gathered from those affected and those with expertise, decisions are made transparently, and groups can move forward without consensus paralysis. Clear processes mean less conflict and more action.
Accountability Structures
Developing small groups who take shared responsibility for sustaining momentum and holding the work together, without concentrating authority.
Systems & Workflows
Groups need infrastructure, not bureaucracy. Clear roles, communication that flows, and processes that sustain rather than drain.

Creating space for authentic dialogue. Facilitating conversations that surface wisdom, build trust, and move work forward. Helping groups hear each other in ways that unlock what's stuck.

Our Commitment to Accessibility
We don't believe cost should determine who gets support. Liberation work shouldn't be gated by budget size, and we refuse to reproduce the dynamics we're trying to dismantle.
Our sliding scale is simple: you tell us what your organization can sustainably afford, and we figure it out together. Some groups pay more, some pay less, some pay nothing. We trust you to know your situation.
No one is turned away. If your group can't pay, we work for free. This is possible because we price our work on a sliding scale and because monthly contributions from people who believe in this work help ensure we can always say yes.
