A more relaxing and stimulating activity area for young people involves the community and adheres to the principles of BACA (Books / Arts / Culture / Activism).
It is held around Labuan once every 2 weeks.
We welcome reading donations, as well as volunteering to join us or anything to share.
Objectives:
1. Provide reading reading awareness to the public
2. Promote reading reading awareness to the public
3. Provide free library service
4. Sharing their culture
5. Expressive feelings and feelings on the WAY (quizzing, rowing, busking and more)
