La conquête du pain (The conquest of bread) is a bakery located in Paris.   It is a worker owned/self-managed bakery with an anarchist anti-capitalist approach.  All employees earn the same salary and the profits are reinvested back into the bakery.   They also offer discount (25% for bread and 10% for all other items) for those who are in need, they don’t require justification and unsold bakery items are distributed to associations who would benefit from the food items.
