Sindicato de Orientación Anarcosindicalista, es decir, de Clase, Autónoma, Autogestionaria, Federalista, Internacionalista y Libertaria.

Nuestro objetivo es la defensa de las trabajadoras y los trabajadores tanto en el mundo laboral como en otro ámbitos de la acción social. En un último término pretendemos cambiar una sociedad que no nos gusta por desigual, injusta, autoritaria e irracional.

A tal fin apostamos por la acción directa de las trabajadores y trabajadores organizados de forma autónoma en sindicatos de base e independientes del poder político y económico.

Por ello nos fundamos en los siguientes pilares y en consecuencia a ellos caminamos:

• Autonomía e Independencia. No estamos, en el día a día, para ayudar a subir o a caer a un determinado partido político, sino para defender los intereses de los/as trabajadorxs, para mejorar sus retribuciones y sus condiciones de trabajo.
• Solidaridad y Apoyo Mutuo. Si tocan a unx, nos tocan a todxs.
• Acción Directa. Auto organización enfocada en dar respuestas puntuales a situaciones concretas, o para la creación de condiciones más favorables, usando los medios disponibles.
• Participación y Horizontalidad. En CGT no hay directivxs ni generales que deciden por todxs. En CGT las decisiones fluyen de abajo a arriba. Los/as afiliadxs votan y el Secretariado Permanente del Sindicato (que es un órgano de gestión y no de decisión) hace suya la propuesta que han votado mayoritariamente los/as afiliadxs.
• Honestidad y Transparencia. Como no podría ser de otra forma.
• Pluralidad y Respeto. «Un mundo donde quepan muchos mundos»

El movimiento se demuestra caminando y por ello os invitamos a pasaros por el local o a contactar con nosotros y a acompañarnos en la construcción de un sindicalismo de clase fuerte. Un nuevo sindicalismo por y para la defensa de los intereses de la gente honesta y humilde, de gente como tu.

Our goal is the defense of women workers and workers both in the world of work and in other areas of social action. In the last term we intend to change a society that we do not like unequal, unfair, authoritarian and irrational.

To this end, we are committed to the direct action of workers and workers organized autonomously in grassroots unions and independent of political and economic power.

Therefore, we are based on the following pillars and consequently we walk:

• Autonomy and Independence. We are not, on a daily basis, to help raise or fall to a particular political party, but to defend the interests of the workers, to improve their pay and their working conditions.
• Solidarity and Mutual Support. If they touch unx, they touch us all.
• Direct action. Self-organization focused on giving specific answers to specific situations, or for the creation of more favorable conditions, using the available means.
• Participation and Horizontality. In CGT there are no directives or generals that decide for everyone. In CGT decisions flow from bottom to top. The members vote and the Permanent Secretariat of the Union (which is a management body and not a decision body) endorses the proposal that the majority of the members have voted.
• Honesty and Transparency. How could it be otherwise.
• Plurality and Respect. «A world where many worlds fit»
