Arise Botanicals

Arise Botanicals is the labor of love and life’s work of herbalist, Alex Svoboda.  My work is based around client-centered herbal consultations, hands-on workshops, seasonal products and custom herbal formulations.  I practice in the Western herbal tradition as a certified clinical herbalist and nutritionist. Many of the remedies I use are locally cultivated by myself or other trusted herbalists and farmers. Sourcing remedies from the ecosystems we’re integrated into is an important part of the medicine I offer.

My mission is to help people connect to the earth centered healing that brings about transformative change.  Whether in the garden or out in the community, I carry a deep reverence and respect for both plants and people.  You are your own best healer. I’m here with a toolbox of herbal allies to help address the roots of your health concerns.
