Part One
Part Two
The NYC Anarchist Book Fair was founded in 2007. It brings around two thousand anarchists, anarchy supporters, and the curious together in New York City (on Lenape land). It also offers an opportunity for the curious to learn about anarchism tradition, philosophy, praxis and the anti-capitalist struggle.
The Floresta TV collective movement started from a request from the world’s Indigenous Peoples themselves to have the autonomy to record, share and expand thousands of years of highly sustainable, integrative, collective and peaceful culture and wisdom with the binary digital world.
A Radical Guide works to connect, amplify, and unite liberation movements by preserving their histories, amplifying their present struggles, and fostering transformative spaces for education, dialogue, and collective action.

Description:
Manifesto Brutal is increasingly collaborating with the theatre company Nontantoprecisi, a group founded within Italy’s last asylum-concentration camp. Together, we are imagining anti-psychiatric living experiments, CONATUS — life that lives.
Manifesto Brutal provided an opportunity to explore what illness has led us to do: 24-hour schizo-analysis, transforming symptoms, imagining worlds, writing, studying, weaving, singing, and ranting. From the bed to the stage and back again. We have a desire to stand side by side and respond collectively to the central question of Johanna Hedva’s Theory of the Sick Woman: ‘How do you throw a brick through the window of a bank if you can’t get out of bed?’.
In the dream of taking a boat to the southern Mediterranean, we want to try being bodies that encounter other bodies and decolonise ourselves. We are proposing this workshop as an attempt to give ourselves a voice through a language that is not our own: the colonial language of the last century. We will stammer our way through it, because we believe in the necessity of forming alliances with friends and comrades to help us subvert the increasingly suffocating present. We are attempting to create a periodical publication called CONATUS, which is still in development but already part of all of us.

About Ben Morea
A teenage delinquent and drug addict, Ben Morea went looking for the Beatniks in the late 1950s, discovered the Living Theatre, and developed a taste for, and involvement in, art and anarchism. A painter, rabble-rouser, and troublemaker, he was the main instigator of the Black Mask group, The Family (popularly known as Up Against The Wall Motherf**ker, and no relation to the West Coast Manson “family”), and the Armed Love communal movement. By the end of the 60s, facing increased police attention, Ben Morea “disappeared” into the rural communal movement and anonymity. He continues to paint (and now blog), and galvanized by the current Imperial wars, has re-emerged to talk of the legacy and history of Black Mask and The Family, and their relevance to the struggles today.

Felipe Corrêa, Victor Khaled of Institute for Anarchist Theory and History (IATH)
Description:
In this talk, Felipe Corrêa and Victor Khaled, coordinators of the Institute for Anarchist Theory and History (IATH) and militants of the Libertarian Socialist Organization (OSL) from Brazil, will discuss anarchism and the Brazilian struggles for public and zero fare transportation. The talk will begin with an innovative and in-depth discussion of the concept of anarchism, based on Corrêa’s book “Black Flag,” which has recently been translated and published in several countries around the world.
Afterward, the talk will revisit the context of the resurgence of anarchist militancy in Brazil after the military dictatorship, which lasted until 1985. Finally, based on Khaled’s theoretical and practical contributions, the talk will discuss the struggles for public transportation in Brazil, which reached their peak during the “June Protests of 2013,” when the Zero Fare agenda for transportation became nationalized.
Since then, we have experienced a cycle of growth in the number of free public transportation experiences, making Brazil the country with the highest number of Zero Fare cities in the world.
The talk will end by proposing a reflection on the role of anarchists in this context and how anarchist militancy can drive the struggles for Zero Fare and the Right to the City and, with this, expand its capacity to build mass organization and self-managed popular power.
