Parlamentaryzm nie zdołał rozwiązać tych problemów, często prowadząc do pustych obietnic i gier politycznych, które przynoszą korzyści tylko nielicznym. ZSP opowiada się za demokracją bezpośrednią z delegatami związanymi pisemnymi instrukcjami, którzy mogą być odwoływani w każdej chwili. Promują również rotację funkcji, dzięki czemu władza nie koncentruje się w rękach nielicznych.

Dzisiejsze społeczeństwo dzieli się na rządzących i rządzonych, z politykami i kapitalistami gromadzącymi zarówno władzę polityczną, jak i ekonomiczną. Pracownicy muszą poddawać się tej władzy i wyzyskowi, aby przetrwać. ZSP dąży do zakończenia tego podziału oraz ideologii, które go utrwalają, takich jak nacjonalizm, rasizm, elitaryzm i seksizm.

ZSP odrzuca pojęcie “normalnego” kapitalizmu i sprzeciwia się zarówno zagranicznym, jak i krajowym kapitalistom. Twierdzą, że wyzysk istnieje wszędzie i standardy są stale obniżane, aby utrzymać status quo. “Państwo socjalne” miało na celu rozwiązanie tych problemów, ale nie spełniło swojego zadania, prowadząc do demontażu ochrony społecznej.

Organizacja nie popiera także socjalizmu państwowego ani tzw. “państw robotniczych”, ponieważ uważają, że te systemy również tworzą podział między uprzywilejowaną klasą biurokratyczną a podporządkowaną klasą pracującą. Celem ZSP nie jest przejęcie władzy politycznej, ale umożliwienie jednostkom odzyskania kontroli nad własnym życiem.

The Wrocław section of the Polish Syndicalists’ Union (Związek Syndykalistów Polski, or ZSP) is a local branch of the anarcho-syndicalist organization that seeks to transform society into a more just and equal system, where exploitation and hierarchy are replaced with free and equal units. The ZSP believes that structural inequalities are not a result of individual choices or natural talents, but rather, a consequence of the current social structure.

Parliamentarism has failed to address these issues, often resulting in empty promises and political games that only benefit the few. The ZSP advocates for direct democracy with delegates who are bound by written instructions and can be revoked at any time. They also promote the rotation of functions, ensuring that power is not concentrated in the hands of a few.

Society today is divided between the ruling and the ruled, with politicians and capitalists accumulating both political and economic power. Workers are subject to exploitation in order to survive. The ZSP aims to end this division and the ideologies that perpetuate it, such as nationalism, racism, elitism, and sexism.

The ZSP rejects the notion of “normal” capitalism and opposes both foreign and domestic capitalists. They argue that exploitation exists everywhere and standards are constantly being lowered to maintain the status quo. The “social state” was intended to address these issues but has failed to fulfill its purpose, leading to the dismantling of social protections.

The organization does not support state socialism or so-called “workers’ states” either, as they believe these systems also create a divide between a privileged bureaucratic class and the subordinate working class. The ZSP’s goal is not to take over political power but to empower individuals to regain control over their lives.

To achieve their objectives, the ZSP encourages people to organize themselves into trade unions or informal groups, recognizing that unity is key to overcoming exploitation. They emphasize that the responsibility lies with individuals to take action, rather than relying on a revolutionary vanguard. The main slogan of the ZSP is, “Let’s organize ourselves in the fight for our right to a dignified life and control over it!”
