CHI SIAMO: Lavoratori, principalmente operatori del sociale, di ambo i sessi e di ogni nazionalità, che si propongono di raggiungere con le proprie forze l’emancipazione dal lavoro salariato fino all’eliminazione di ogni forma di sfruttamento e di oppressione dell’uomo sull’uomo.

COSA FACCIAMO: L’azione sindacale che “USI-AIT Varese-Como” divulga e propugna è la lotta sindacale e sociale contro qualsiasi sfruttamento. Ogni qualvolta si presenti la necessità, di fronte ai problemi sociali ed economici, “USI-AIT Varese-Como” si assume piena responsabilità dell’azione sindacale.

PERCHE’ SCEGLIERCI: La struttura organizzativa di “USI-AIT Varese-Como” è basata sul sistema federalista e libertario, contrario ad ogni accentramento burocratico, sull’assemblearismo, sull’autogestione, nonché sulla solidarietà intercategoriale, sia come prassi interna, sia nelle lotte che svolge nella società che intende costruire; società basata sull’emancipazione completa di ogni individuo.

WHO WE ARE: Workers, mainly social workers, of both sexes and of all nationalities, who propose to reach with their own strength the emancipation from wage labor up to the elimination of every form of exploitation and oppression of man on the ‘man.

WHAT WE DO: The trade union action that “USI-AIT Varese-Como” discloses and supports is the trade union and social struggle against any exploitation. Whenever the need arises, faced with social and economic problems, “USI-AIT Varese-Como” assumes full responsibility for trade union action.

WHY CHOOSE US: The organizational structure of “USI-AIT Varese-Como” is based on the federalist and libertarian system, opposed to any bureaucratic centralization, on assemblyism, on self-management, as well as on inter-class solidarity, both as an internal practice and in the struggles he carries out in the company he intends to build; society based on the complete emancipation of each individual.
