The Lucy Parsons Center is a volunteer-run, nonprofit independent bookstore, and community space that has served the Boston area since 1971. Named after the renowned anarchist and labor organizer Lucy Parsons, the Center is dedicated to providing resources and fostering discussions on radical politics, social justice, and community organizing.

The Center offers diverse books, zines, and other publications covering anarchism, socialism, feminism, anti-racism, LGBTQ+ rights, and environmental justice. It also hosts regular events, including book readings, film screenings, workshops, and discussion groups, making it a vibrant hub for activists and community members.

As a collectively operated space, the Lucy Parsons Center thrives on the participation and support of its community. Its mission is to educate, inspire, and connect individuals committed to creating a more just and equitable world.
