The I.W.W. is a democratic radical union. All decisions are made by members in good standing under the guidance and direction of the General Executive Board. Meetings are held monthly and all are able to attend. The structure of the union is a ‘bottom up’ structure where the members hold the power. The GEB is in charge on maintaining the logistics of the local and providing direction and networking for the union.

We encourage you to get involved. We’d love to discuss the possibility of organizing your workplace, as well as direct participation in where the Greater Kansas City branch of the I.W.W. goes int 2019 and beyond!
