Groupe de Chambéry – Fédération Anarchiste

Nous sommes pour une révolution radicale et globale. Nous voulons construire une société libre sans classes ni États, sans patries ni frontières dont les buts sont les suivants:

• L’ÉMANCIPATION DES INDIVIDUS, leur libération en tant qu’êtres autonomes, libres de leurs choix, lucides, critiques et responsables. L’ÉGALITÉ SOCIALE, ÉCONOMIQUE ET POLITIQUE de tous les individus (quelque soit l’âge, le sexe, la couleur,…) dont les conséquences sont la fin des classes sociales, des divisions entre les “normaux” et les “déviants”;

• LA LIBERTÉ DE CRÉATION, seule garantie réelle contre l’uniformisation, telle qu’on peut l’observer dans la Chine maoïste ou dans nos sociétés de consommation de masse infantilisante;

• LA JUSTICE, qui découle de l’égalité et de la liberté, ces trois principes étant incompatibles avec l’existence d’institutions répressives tant judiciaires que policières ou militaires; une organisation sociale plus juste doit supprimer la plus grande partie de la délinquance, les crimes restant devant être traités par la prévention et la conciliation;

• L’ÉDUCATION LIBERTAIRE ET PERMANENTE, permettant cet épanouissement le plus complet possible de l’individu et non son adaptation soumise au système productiviste d’aujourd’hui; la condition en est l’égalité, dès la naissance, des moyens de développement, c’est à dire d’éducation et d’instruction, dans tous les domaines de la science, de l’industrie et des arts;

• L’organisation sociale sur les bases de la libre fédération et l’autogestion des producteurs et des consommateurs. Une organisation non pas électorale et parlementaire mais COMMUNALE ET FÉDÉRALISTE : pas de mandats en blanc, la coordination des affaires sociales par des délégués élus pour des mandats précis et révocables à tout moment;

• Une économie tournée vers la SATISFACTION DES BESOINS ET NON VERS LE PROFIT, c’est la consommation qui doit orienter la production et non l’inverse;

•  La possession collective ou individuelle des moyens de production et de distribution en excluant toute possibilité pour certains de vivre en exploitant le travail des autres;

• L’ABOLITION DU SALARIAT, de toutes les institutions étatiques ou autres qui permettent et maintiennent l’exploitation et l’oppression de l’homme par l’homme; le salariat est le processus par lequel les détenteurs des moyens de production et de consommation indemnisent ceux qui n’ont que leur force de travail à louer, l’abolir c’est casser ce rapport exploiteurs / exploités;

• LE PARTAGE ÉGALITAIRE DES TÂCHES D’INTÉRÊT GÉNÉRAL, l’absence des divisions en manuels et intellectuels ou entre éboueurs et « jeunes cadres dynamiques »;

• L’ÉCOLOGIE non seulement pour préserver notre environnement mais pour promouvoir un développement de l’humanité basé sur la qualité de la vie;

• LA LIBERTÉ D’EXPRESSION, c’est à dire le droit absolu pour tout individu d’exprimer ses opinions, par oral, par écrit ou a travers tout autre média;

• La liberté de tous et toutes étant la seule garantie de la liberté de chaque individu-e;

• LA LIBRE CIRCULATION DES INDIVIDUS, L’ABOLITION DES FRONTIÈRES, avec l’instauration d’une nouvelle citoyenneté: le fait de s’installer, de vivre dans une commune donnant droit à l’entière participation aux prises de décisions concernant l’ensemble de la vie politique, sociale, économique et culturelle.

Voilà en quelques lignes un aperçu de ce que veulent construire les militants et militantes de la Fédération Anarchiste. Rendre possible l’édification d’un ordre social basé sur l’entraide, la solidarité, fondé sur le respect absolu de l’intégrité physique et morale de l’individu, voilà l’Idéal qui nous anime et que nous souhaitons partager avec le plus grand nombre pour un monde meilleur. LA F.A. N’A AUCUNE PRÉTENTION À ÊTRE UNE AVANT-GARDE ÉCLAIRÉE, cette vision de la politique étant contraire à nos principes. LA F.A. N’A PAS NON PLUS LA PRÉTENTION DE REPRÉSENTER L’INTÉGRALITÉ DU MOUVEMENT ANARCHISTE, étant cependant résolument synthésiste, elle est ouverte à toutes les sensibilités du mouvement.

We are for a radical and global revolution. We want to build a free society without classes or states, without homelands or borders whose aims are:

• THE EMANCIPATION OF INDIVIDUALS , their liberation as autonomous beings, free from their choices, lucid, critical and responsible.
  
• THE SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL EQUALITY of all individuals (whatever the age, sex, color, …) whose consequences are the end of social classes, divisions between “normal” and “deviant” “;
  
• THE FREEDOM OF CREATION , the only real guarantee against standardization, as can be seen in Maoist China or in our societies of infantilizing mass consumption;
  
• JUSTICE , which stems from equality and freedom, these three principles being incompatible with the existence of repressive institutions, whether judicial, police or military; a more just social organization must suppress most of the crime, with crimes still to be dealt with through prevention and conciliation;
  
• LIBERTARIAN AND PERMANENT EDUCATION , allowing this fullest possible development of the individual and not his adaptation subject to the productivist system of today; the condition is the equality, from birth, of the means of development, that is, of education and instruction, in all fields of science, industry, and the arts;
  
• Social organization on the basis of free federation and self-management of producers and consumers. An organization not electoral and parliamentary but COMMUNAL AND FEDERALIST : no blank mandates, the coordination of social affairs by elected delegates for specific mandates and revocable at any time;
  
• An economy turned towards the SATISFACTION OF THE NEEDS AND NOT TOWARDS THE PROFIT , it is the consumption which must guide the production and not the opposite;
  
• The collective or individual possession of the means of production and distribution, excluding any possibility for some to live by exploiting the work of others;

• THE ABOLITION OF WAGE LABOR, of all state and other institutions which permit and maintain the exploitation and oppression of man by man; wage labor is the process by which the holders of the means of production and consumption compensate those who have only their labor power to rent, abolish it is to break this exploiters / exploited report;
  
• EGALITARIAN SHARING OF TASKS OF GENERAL INTEREST, the absence of divisions in textbooks and intellectuals or between garbage collectors and “young dynamic managers”;
  
• ECOLOGY not only to preserve our environment but to promote a development of humanity based on the quality of life;
  
• FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION, ie the absolute right of any individual to express his or her opinions, orally, in writing or through any other medium;
  
• The freedom of all being the only guarantee of the freedom of each individual;
  
• THE FREE MOVEMENT OF INDIVIDUALS, THE ABOLITION OF BORDERS, with the introduction of a new citizenship: the fact of settling, of living in a commune giving the right to full participation in decision-making concerning all political, social, economic and cultural life.

Here in a few lines an overview of what the activists of the Anarchist Federation want to build. Making it possible to build a social order based on mutual aid, solidarity, based on absolute respect for the physical and moral integrity of the individual, this is the Ideal that drives us and that we want to share with the more for a better world.

THE FA HAS NO CLAIM TO BE AN ENLIGHTENED VANGUARD, this vision of politics being contrary to our principles. THE FA DOES NOT PRETEND TO REPRESENT THE ENTIRE ANARCHIST MOVEMENT, however, being resolutely synthesist, it is open to all the sensibilities of the movement.
