Federalism and autonomy are, in short, the words that define the organizational structure of the CGT. CGT opposes any tendency and centralist organization, since it stifles all initiative and autonomous thinking. Therefore, we believe that libertarian federalism is the best method of coordinating and uniting on the basis of equality and mutual solidarity with the people, unions, federations and confederations of the CGT. All this with the conviction that diversity is better than uniformity, collective personal responsibility than discipline.
