A Movement for Social Ecology and The Solidarity Economy
Across the country and around the world, cities and communities are developing independent networks of solidarity. With principals based in Social Ecology and with the intent of building a broader radical Municipalist movement, these organizations and communities are beginning to unite as they transform the political landscape through direct action, democracy, and reclaiming the commons. Civitas seeks to assist these aims by establishing a network of activated community members to pressure politicians, engage in direct actions, and deliver tangible power to the control of the people in greater Cincinnati
