Was ist die ASZ?

Diese Schule ist ein Projekt gegen Rassismus und Ungerechtigkeit. Sie ist ein Treffpunkt, wo man andere Menschen kennen lernen kann.

Die ASZ ist eine Schule, die sich selbst organisiert und sich kollektiv verwaltet. Sie ist unabhängig vom Staat. Die Schule arbeitet nicht mit dem Staat zusammen.

Sie bekommt Schulmaterial und Spenden von privaten Personen und Organisationen. Sie nimmt Geld von öffentlichen Institutionen an, solange ihre Autonomie respektiert wird.

Alle Personen, die hier lernen und mitarbeiten, sind ein wichtiger Teil der Schule. Alle Schüler*innen sind auch Lehrer*innen, alle Lehrer*innen sind auch Schüler*innen. Es gibt keinen Chef.

Die Arbeit an der ASZ ist freiwillig und ohne Lohn. Für die Organisation gibt es eine Sekretariatsstelle.

Wichtige Entscheidungen werden einmal im Monat gemeinsam an einer Vollversammlung getroffen. Es gibt verschiedene Arbeitsgruppen (AG’s), die unterschiedliche Aufgaben in der Schule erledigen.
Alle sind verantwortlich, die Schule als gemeinsamen Ort zu gestalten. 

An der ASZ können eigene Ideen realisiert werden. Wir freuen uns sehr, wenn du aktiv in einer Arbeitsgruppe (AG), in Projekten oder mit eigenen Ideen an der ASZ mitmachst

This school is a project against racism and injustice. It is a meeting place where you can meet other people.

The ASZ is a school that organizes itself and manages itself collectively. It is independent of the state. The school does not work with the state.

She gets school supplies and donations  from private individuals and organizations. It accepts money from public institutions as long as its  autonomy is  respected.

Everyone who learns and works here is an important part of the school. All students are also teachers, all teachers are also pupils. There is no boss .

The work on the ASZ is voluntary and without pay. There is a secretariat for the organization.

Important decisions are taken once a month together at a plenary meeting. There are various working groups (AG’s) who do different tasks in the school.

Everyone is responsible for making the school a common place . 

At the ASZ  own ideas can be realized. We are very happy if you participate actively in a working group (AG), in projects or with your own ideas at the ASZ.
